Returns
Easy purchases, easy returns. That is the Porta Bella policy. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, enclose it in the original packaging with tags attached, and return it to us for a full refund. Shipping must be prepaid as we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
If you would like to exchange an item, please indicate the new item(s) model number, size, color, and quantity and return it with the item that is being returned.
You can also return or exchange any purchases made online to any of our retail stores in the New York City area. When returning a purchase to one of our stores, be sure to bring the following:
1) The original receipt. 2) The credit card used for the original purchase 3) The item to return must be in original packaging and tags must be attached.
Other notes on returning items...
We will refund shipping charges if the wrong item was shipped or if the item is defective. All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Items purchased from a Porta Bella store (not online) cannot be returned to Portabellastores.com. Please return the item to the nearest Porta Bella store.

As an added value to our customers, all shipping and handling is completely free of charge for purchases above $75. Purchases Below $75 dollars are subject to a flat $9.
All items are processed (pending credit card approval ) the next business day after placement of the order. A business day is Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Please allow 5 business days for delivery. Deliveries are shipped via UPS ground. Rush orders are available at this time for $24.
Presently, we are only able to accept orders within the United States.

How to measure your...
Chest - Measure chest just under arms and across shoulder blades, holding tape level. Blazer sizes are equal to your chest size. For example, if you have a 38" chest, you would wear a size 38 blazer.
Waist - Keep one finger between tape and your body. Measure a little below your natural waist.
Neck - Measure around fullest part of your neck, keeping tape level.
Arm - With arm relaxed at side and elbow slightly bent, measure from center back of neck, over point of shoulder, and down outside of arm past elbow to wrist.
